Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to run the service:

• Account details — your name, email address, company name and sign-in details. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google.
• Uploaded product photographs — the images you upload, plus any product name, SKU, category or description you add.
• Generated images — the images created for you, with the settings you chose (category, style, aspect ratio and similar).
• Credit and transaction records — your credit balance, credit history, orders and payment status.
• Basic technical information — such as request times and error logs needed to keep the platform secure and working.

• To create and manage your account and sign you in.
• To generate images from the photographs and settings you submit.
• To manage your credits — holding, using and releasing them — and to keep an accurate credit history.
• To process orders and confirm payments.
• To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
• To protect the platform, prevent misuse and enforce usage limits.

Your uploaded photographs and generated images are kept in private storage linked to your account. They are not public, and other customers cannot view, download or change your private files or records.

Access controls are enforced on our servers, not just in the website. Only the operator and staff authorised for support or administration can access account records, and only when needed.

To generate images, we send your submitted product photograph and the instructions for your chosen style to fal.ai, a third-party AI image-generation provider. fal.ai processes the image to produce the result and returns it to us, and we save a copy in your private storage.

fal.ai’s handling of this data is governed by its own terms and privacy policy. We send only what is needed to generate your images, not your payment details.

Payments are processed through Razorpay. VIZEN does not store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking password. We keep only the order and payment records needed to add credits and keep accounts, such as the amount, status and the provider’s reference number.

Checkout is currently configured for testing; live payments require activation of the payment provider account.

We use trusted infrastructure providers for hosting, database, file storage and sign-in. They process data only to provide those services to us. We do not sell your personal information or uploaded images.

We keep your account information, uploaded photographs and generated images while your account is active, so you can reuse them. You can delete saved products and campaigns from your account at any time.

We do not currently delete files automatically after a fixed period. Transaction and credit records may be kept for longer where required for accounting, tax or legal reasons.

Subject to applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us to:

• access or receive a summary of the personal data we hold about you;
• correct or update inaccurate information;
• delete your account and associated data;
• withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.

To make a request, contact us using the details below. Records we must keep by law may be retained after account deletion.

We may update this policy as the service changes. We will update the “Last updated” date and, for significant changes, notify you by email or in the app.
