Terms & Conditions

VIZEN lets businesses upload photographs of their physical products and generate commercial product images, including model photoshoots and product-only photography, using artificial intelligence.

• You must give accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

• You may upload only lawful content that you own or have permission to use.
• Your uploads must not infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark, design, privacy or other rights.
• You must not upload illegal, harmful, misleading, obscene or offensive material.

You keep ownership of the photographs you upload. You give us permission to store, process and send them to our image-generation provider only to provide the service to you.

• AI results can vary. We do not guarantee that a generated image will exactly reproduce your original product, colour, texture, proportions, text or logo.
• Please inspect every generated image carefully before using it commercially, including in listings, advertising or packaging.
• You are responsible for how you use generated images and for making sure they accurately represent your product.

• Credits are prepaid. One credit is deducted for each image that is generated successfully.
• Failed generations do not use credits. Credits held for a failed image are released back to your balance.
• Credit packages are priced according to the volume-based pricing published on our Pricing page. Prices are in INR and exclude applicable taxes.
• As at 3 November 2026, the operator is not registered under the Goods and Services Tax. Prices are quoted exclusive of taxes; if tax becomes applicable, it will be charged as required by law.
• Credits are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash and, subject to applicable law, do not expire.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You must not:

• attempt to access other customers’ accounts, files or data, or any part of the platform you are not authorised to use;
• try to get around credit, payment or usage limits, or interfere with the platform’s security;
• use automated tools to overload or abuse the service;
• use the service to create content that is unlawful, deceptive or violates others’ rights;
• resell or redistribute access to the service without our written permission.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, misuses the platform or creates legal or security risk. Where reasonable, we will tell you why. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.

We aim to keep VIZEN available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The platform depends on third-party providers, and maintenance, outages or provider limits may affect availability. We may change or improve features over time.

The VIZEN platform, brand, design and software belong to the operator or our licensors. Subject to these terms and your rights in your uploaded content, you may use the images generated for your account for your business purposes. Your rights in generated images may depend on applicable law and the terms of our AI provider.

To the extent permitted by law, VIZEN is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or business, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for credits in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh will have exclusive jurisdiction. This clause is subject to legal review.

We may update these terms. We will change the “Last updated” date and notify you of significant changes. Continuing to use the service after changes means you accept them.
